How do I pause, skip or cancel?
When you sign up you'll get your own subscription portal, where you can easily pause, skip or cancel at anytime.
How will I receive my subscription?
We offer postal delivery worldwide, click & collect in store, and free local delivery within ST15 postcodes. Just select your preferred option at checkout.
When will my box arrive?
We ship all Subs Club boxes by the 10th of each month. You'll receive an email as soon as yours is on its way or ready for collection.
Will you sell the exclusive candle in store?
Our exclusives are made just once, for that month's Subs Club box only, and never sold separately or remade.
What if I don't like a scent?
Our exclusive scents are non-refundable, but they make perfect gifts. Pop in-store and we'll bag it up for you ready to gift - or save it for Christmas and Birthdays!
Do I need to re-subscribe every month?
No - once you're signed up, your subscription renews automatically. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime in your portal.
